I've Lived With Many Zen Masters, All of them Cats
Work.
Often the main word in Work/Life Balance. I've felt this saying is backwards for some time. Life, Balance, then Work. Difference is perception and priority. Proud of the corporate work I have accomplished, and continue to, and take it very seriously. However, it is but one facet of life, and the one which enables the Life segment of things to progress.
Balance
I utilize many things to achieve the balance I need in my life. Meditation remains the single largest contributor to my happiness. Being mindful, and realizing it is all Present Moment, Perfect Moment.
Listening to the right music can create an uncontrollable physical reaction, goosebumps. It can take you up, or leave you low. Up to you, but it is always there; waiting, with no judgement. I have played music since I was around 15, and it is the one thing I always return to.
Life.
Hard to define, as it has so many meanings. The thing that encapsulates all of my experiences, thoughts, emotions, creations, friendships, and loves that I know or have known. Some have passed on, Some are still joining me now. It is all an education, and we learn from it daily. These resources have helped me on this journey.
